Oldham Street Manchester is a mixed use development
comprising of the following:
- 100 Apartments.
- 12,000 Sq. Ft of Commercial B1 Space
- Basement (Storage)

This project is currently on-site and due for completion in June 2022. The frame is RC concrete, and external walls are predominately of brick and curtain walling. The Developer will hold the apartments as a PRS Investment, orientating the specification and FF&E selection towards a sustainable lifecycle and ease of management of the buildings while ensuring that tenants enjoy a quality experience. The project programme is 18 months and was procured under a single stage selection tender process under a JCT D&B contract.
Significant Engineering and planning are required to provide:
- Basement Construction and propping of adjoining streets and properties
- Diversion of services
- Design and construction of the facades
