Topping Out Success at Cork Street!

We are delighted to celebrate a major milestone at the co-living development on Cork Street in Dublin City, as we reach the highest point of this remarkable project! 🏗️

This innovative development showcases the co-living model, where residents share common spaces such as living rooms and kitchens while enjoying the privacy of their own personal spaces. The project consists of a Build-to-Rent Shared Living Residential Development, featuring 271 bed spaces across 14,047 sq. m. of floor space, including an ancillary basement.

Residents will also benefit from a café at ground level, communal kitchen/living/dining rooms on each floor, and a wide range of shared amenities like a reception, lounge, multipurpose room, private function room, cinema, yoga space, gymnasium, library, and workspaces—creating a vibrant, community-oriented living environment.

We’re incredibly proud of the collaboration and hard work of the entire team who have kept everything on track, on time, and safely delivered.
