The Belfry Hotel & Resort

The Belfry, an award-winning hotel and resort renowned for its luxury accommodations and world-class golf courses, is undergoing an extensive expansion and refurbishment project. This iconic resort, known for hosting prestigious events like The Ryder Cup and the British Masters, features over 300 luxury bedrooms, restaurants, bars, event and meeting spaces, and a leisure club & spa.

Reception Lobby: The project will enhance the reception area by adding additional reception desks and a new concierge desk, complemented by new floor and wall finishes to elevate the guest arrival experience.

Brabazon Bar: Upgrades to the Brabazon Bar include the installation of a new suspended gantry bar, additional tables and seating areas, and new floor and wall finishes, creating a more inviting and modern ambiance.

Ryder Grill: The existing Ryder Grill restaurant will be extended to include a new 240m² Orangery space. This extension will provide additional kitchen and pantry space, remodel the existing restaurant area, and feature new floor and wall finishes, enhancing both capacity and aesthetics.

Bedrooms: All 270 bedrooms and associated corridors will undergo a full refurbishment, ensuring that guests enjoy the highest standards of comfort and luxury throughout their stay.

Sam’s Bar: The project also includes an extension to Sam’s Bar and Restaurant, adding a 130m² heated covered external space. This will be complemented by new landscape and patio areas and the realignment of existing roads to improve access and usability.

Leisure Centre: Significant upgrades to the leisure facilities include the addition of a leisure pool with a 40m slide, a 25m lap pool, spa pools, a sports hall, a gymnasium, fitness studios, and a leisure centre café. These enhancements will provide guests with a comprehensive and luxurious recreational experience.
